What are the days and timings for delivery?

We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm and deliver across Karachi. Our delivery slots are based on the area you want to get it delivered to insure timely delivery.

Zone 1:

DHA (Phase 4,5,6,7,8)

  • 9am – 12noon, 12noon – 2pm, 2pm – 4pm, 4pm – 6pm, 6pm – 9pm

DHA (Phase 1,2)

  • 9am – 12noon, 12noon – 3pm, 3pm – 6pm, 6pm – 9pm

Clifton/Bath Island

  • 9am – 12noon, 12noon – 3pm, 3pm – 6pm, 6pm – 9pm

Zone 2:

PECHS/SMCHS/Tariq Road/Bahadurabad

  • 9am – 12noon, 1pm – 4pm, 5pm – 8pm

Mohammad Ali Society/Karsaz/KDA

  • 9am – 12noon, 1pm – 4pm, 5pm – 8pm

Nazimabad/North Nazimabad/FB Area

  • 9am – 1pm, 4pm – 8pm

While checking out, you will be shown delivery slots as per the area you select. You can choose any within the options provided or as soon as possible.

What are the delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are based on zones.

Zone 1:

Delivery is free onall orders equal or above Rs.1,000. On orders below Rs.1,000, we will charge Rs 50 as delivery charge.

Zone 2:

Delivery is free onall orders equal or above Rs.1,500. On orders below Rs.1,500, we will charge Rs 100 as delivery charge.

What about other hidden costs (sales taxes etc)?

There are no extra taxes or hidden cost. The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices.

What happens if the rider arrives late?

We assure you that we will try our best to deliver on time. However, if we will be running late due to unavoidable circumstances like vehicle breakdown or traffic, our customer service team will get in touch with you and let you know promptly.

What happens if I’m not available when you deliver?

We will be delivering your order according to the time slot you will select. However, if you’re unavailable we will reschedule the delivery. A fee of Rs. 50 will be charged for the second attempt of delivery.

Can I change my delivery slot?

Yes, your delivery date and slot can be changed by contacting our customer service team on 03-111-555-299 or emailing us at order@subziphal.com. If the order timing is changed once the order is dispatched, a fee of Rs. 50 will be added to the bill.

Who will deliver my order?

At SubziPhal, we have our own fleet of Suzukis, Rickshaws and Motor Bikes. Our Captains are friendly and will deliver your order at your doorstep with a smile :-)
